Fishless Tacos with Jalapeño Crema
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp jalapeño brine
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chipotle chili powder
- ½ tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 pkg Gardein Golden Fishless Filets
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir together vegan mayo, jalapeño brine, garlic powder, chipotle powder, dried dill, and lime juice in a small bowl. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

Cook fishless filets according to package directions.
- Cut fishless filets in half and place in tortillas, using 2 for each taco. Top with cabbage, cilantro, avocado and crema. Enjoy!
