Fishless Tacos with Jalapeño Crema

 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp jalapeño brine 
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chipotle chili powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pkg Gardein Golden Fishless Filets
  • 12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stir together vegan mayo, jalapeño brine, garlic powder, chipotle powder, dried dill, and lime juice in a small bowl. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
  2. Cook fishless filets according to package directions.

  3. Cut fishless filets in half and place in tortillas, using 2 for each taco. Top with cabbage, cilantro, avocado and crema. Enjoy!
