Summer Recovery Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger root
  • 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 scoop SPORT Plant-Based Protein in Vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more ice or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy after your next workout!
