How to Order
Hit the Shop Online button in the top navigation bar.
Select the items you would like to purchase under Product Groups. You will see a list of categories and the items within each category. You can also click on Shop by Brand to select items from a list of brands we carry or type in a search word (example: “vitamin”) and hit enter or click Search to see a list of every item we carry that contains the word “vitamin” in the description.
Once you have found the item you are looking for, click on Add to Cart (you will see the cart add up your total on the left side of the screen). Doing this will automatically put 1 item in your cart. You can click the Add to Cart button multiple times or key in a quantity if you want more than 1 unit.
Once you have finished shopping, you can click on the Edit Cart button on the left to change any quantities or remove any items you do not want.
If you are using our online store for the first time, Welcome and Thank You! Please enter your email address and click on Create a New Account and then complete the required fields and click Submit to finalize your user profile. You will be emailed a password to use to log in for the first time and can then click on Change Password to select your own password for future use. The next time you log in, you will see a new link for Previous Purchases under Product Groups. You can see what you have purchased in the past and adjust to new quantities to speed up the order process!
Enter your credit card information and click Submit, verify all information is correct and click on Finalize to see your printable invoice. Please be advised, we do not accept Visa Debit cards for payment.
**You will not be charged until your order is shipped. Cost is based on actual quantities.
**Our inventory levels are always being updated as we sell, order and receive merchandise. If the product indicates “out of stock” or “coming soon”, we will do our best to get you the item you ordered or with your approval the closest substitution at the time of shipping. You will be contacted if the product will not arrive in time to see if you would like to delay your order and wait for the out of stock items to be entirely filled or to go ahead and ship without. You may also make a note of this in the comments field when you checkout. (eg: substitutions OK / call for approval on substitutions)

Effective May 15, 2015 we will be shipping anywhere in Canada via Canada Post, free of charge. We do not ship outside of Canada. We are no longer shipping perishables of any kind, only supplements and health and beauty products.
In the event of a Canada Post labour disruption, our shipping services will be suspended until further notice. We will send your order as soon as services resume. We encourage you to visit CanadaPost.ca (hyperlink) for developments.
We pride ourselves not only by the products we sell, but with the service we provide. If you are unhappy with a product you buy from us please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to store no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund.
- Items will be refunded in the same tender that the purchase was made in.
- Refunds are not accepted on books or opened items.
- Product cannot be returned based on taste.
- Clearance Items and Special Orders are a final sale.
Payments for orders will be made to your credit card when the orders are packed and shipped based on actual available quantities. Please note, we do not accept Visa Debit cards.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Non-GMO mean?
If a product is Non-GMO, it means that it does not contain a genetically modified ingredient. “GMOs,” or “genetically modified organisms,” are plants or animals that have been genetically engineered with DNA from bacteria, viruses or other plants and animals. These experimental combinations of genes from different species cannot occur in nature or in traditional crossbreeding.”

Can I pick my delivery up?
Yes, you can! Your order will be prepared at our Westwood location, 3500 Portage Ave. Ask about pickup when placing your order or contact 204-984-9559 for more information. If you intend to pick up your order, you must specify in the Special Instructions section at order check out. Please contact us to confirm prior to picking up your order.
What should I do if I need to change my order?
Any changes to an existing order need to be submitted 24 hrs. in advance for us to accommodate. Standing orders (weekly, monthly etc..) can be arranged by calling us directly and are subject to a 24 hr lead time for changes and/or delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order? Are there any fees for cancelling?
If you need to cancel an order, please give us a courtesy call to confirm. We can cancel it at no loss or fees, pending it has not already shipped.
Are your discounts the same in-store and Online?
We cannot verify senior discounts online or Customer Appreciation Day pricing, and therefore are exclusive to in-store shopping. Flyer item pricing and online coupons do apply.
What do you do if an item is out of stock? Do you make a substitution?
We need approval by our customers to send substitutions, otherwise the item will be omitted. If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you and find a substitution if possible unless you note that you’ll accept close substitutions in the comments box of your order.
