How to order Canada-wide Delivery of Supplements & Natural Beauty products:
Hit the Shop Online button in the top navigation bar and choose ‘Canada-wide Delivery via Canada Post.’
Select the items you would like to purchase under ‘Product Groups.’ You will see a list of categories and the items within each category. You can also click on ‘Shop by Brand’ to select items from a list of brands we carry or type in a search word (example: “vitamin”) and hit enter, or click ‘Search’ to see a list of every item we carry that contains the word “vitamin” in the description.
Once you have found the item you are looking for, click on ‘Add to Cart’ (you will see the cart add up your total on the left side of the screen). Doing this will automatically put one item in your cart. You can click the ‘Add to Cart’ button multiple times or key in a quantity if you want more than one unit.
Once you have finished shopping, you can click on the ‘Edit Cart’ button on the left to change any quantities or remove any items you do not want.
If you are using our online store for the first time, welcome and thank you! Please enter your email address and click on ‘Create a New Account’ and then complete the required fields and click ‘Submit’ to finalize your user profile. You will be emailed a password to use to log in for the first time and can then click on ‘Change Password’ to select your own password for future use. The next time you log in, you will see a new link for Previous Purchases under Product Groups. You can see what you have purchased in the past and adjust to new quantities to speed up the order process!
Enter your credit card information and click ‘Submit,’ verify all information is correct and click on ‘Finalize’ to see your printable invoice. Please be advised, we do not accept Visa Debit cards for payment.
**You will not be charged until your order is shipped. Cost is based on actual quantities.
**Our inventory levels are always being updated as we sell, order, and receive merchandise. If the product indicates ‘out of stock’ or ‘coming soon,’ please check back regularly. You will be contacted if the product will not arrive in time to see if you would like to delay your order and wait for the out-of-stock items to be entirely filled or to go ahead and ship without. You may also make a note of this in the comments field when you checkout (e.g.: substitutions OK / call for approval on substitutions).

All orders equal to or greater than $50 CAD will receive free shipping! Orders less than $50.00 CAD will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $9.95 CAD. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post, anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada, and we are no longer shipping grocery items of any kind, only supplements and natural beauty products.
In the event of a Canada Post labour disruption, our shipping services will be suspended until further notice. We will send your order as soon as services resume. We encourage you to visit CanadaPost.ca for developments.

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to store no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund.
- Items will be refunded in the same tender that the purchase was made in.

Can I pick my delivery up?
Yes, you can! Your order will be prepared at our Westwood location, 3500 Portage Avenue. Ask about pickup when placing your order or contact 204-984-9559 for more information. If you intend to pick up your order, you must specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ section at order check out. Please contact us to confirm prior to picking up your order.
What should I do if I need to change my order?
Any changes to an existing order need to be submitted 24 hours in advance for us to accommodate. Standing orders (weekly, monthly etc..) can be arranged by calling us directly and are subject to a 24-hour lead time for changes and/or delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order? Are there any fees for cancelling?
If you need to cancel an order, please give us a courtesy call to confirm. We can cancel it at no loss or fees, pending it has not already shipped.
Are your discounts the same in-store and online?
We cannot verify senior discounts online or Customer Appreciation Day pricing and therefore are exclusive to in-store shopping. Rewards points are also exclusive to in-store shopping. Flyer item pricing does apply online.
How to order local, same-day delivery via Instacart or Box ‘N Drops:
Hit the Shop Online button in the top navigation bar and choose ‘Instacart’ or ‘Box N’Drops.’
Create an account, and then select your product choices from all our usual items – supplements, groceries, and natural beauty products.
Click on ‘check out’ or select the shopping cart icon or your cart to finish your order. You will need to create an account to complete your order if you haven’t done so already.
Step Four – Box’NDrops only
Choose if you would like your purchase delivered to your home, or choose ‘In-store Pickup’ to have the order ready for you at your selected Vita Health location.
If you chose to pick up your order please have your order number ready and call the store during your selected pick up time. If you reach the store’s voicemail our team members may be assisting other customers at the time and are unable to answer the phone. Please call again or consider going inside to retrieve your order.

FAQ for Local Delivery & Pick-up:
Is there a Delivery charge?
Yes, there is a delivery charge per order, the amount depends on which service you select. Curbside pick-up orders are not subject to a delivery charge.
Can you deliver outside of the city?
No, the couriers for our partners, Instacart and BoxN’Drops, only deliver within Winnipeg city limits.
What form of payment do you accept?
We only accept credit payment at this time for all orders placed through Instacart and BoxN”Drops.
How do I know whether my order has been accepted or if my order is on its way?
You can see the status of your order through the service website or on the app. Once the courier has arrived, he/she/they will contact you to deliver your goods.
When can I pick up my order?
Orders for pick up can be scheduled between 11am and 5pm in 15-minute intervals. When you arrive, please have your order number ready and call the store during your selected pick-up time.
Can I accumulate Preferred Customer Points with my order?
No, these orders are sent to us via a third party and are not linked to your Preferred Customer Account.
Are the prices the same as in the store?
All regular prices are the same with Delivery & Pick-Up orders as they are in store. However, we cannot honour sale pricing as there are additional fees associated with running these services.
Are these services available on Customer Appreciation Day?
We are unable to fill BoxN’Drops Delivery & Pick-Up orders on Customer Appreciation Days. These are the busiest days of the month and we must prioritize helping customers in store, cleaning and sanitizing, and restocking shelves. Instacart is available on Customer Appreciation Day, but regular pricing will be in effect.
