Beef Tallow Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp Allfat beef tallow, melted
- 1 tsp organic garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Toss the vegetables with melted beef tallow, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until soft, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
