Beef Tallow Roasted Vegetables


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed vegetables 
  • 2 tbsp Allfat beef tallow, melted
  • 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss the vegetables with melted beef tallow, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until soft, stirring halfway through.
  4. Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
