Here’s how it works:Earning rewards points on everything you buy gets you there faster! Earn 10 points for every dollar you spend in store on regular priced items. Once you reach 10,000 points you’ll earn $10 in savings, simply give your phone number at the checkout and start earning points today!
Is there a membership fee?Our Preferred Customer Program is free! Simply provide us with your name, phone number and additional contact information and you will automatically become a Preferred Customer.
Are there other benefits to being a Vita Health Preferred Customer?You will be eligible for special promotions and monthly giveaways throughout the year and receive savings, product and health information via mail or e-mail. We value your privacy and will never share your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
*Some exceptions apply: bottle deposits, bags, and gift cards. Preferred Customer Program is not available for online shopping, in-store shopping only.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose the reward points I accumulated with the previous program? You will receive the full dollar value for your existing points, they will be converted to our new system automatically. If you had a $5 value in reward points with our old program, you would have a $5 value in reward points with our new program.
Can I earn rewards points on sale items? No, you only earn rewards points on regular priced items.
Can I redeem my rewards points on Customer Appreciation Day? Yes! You can redeem your rewards points in $10 increments at any time.
Do I need a Rewards Card or App on my phone to be a Preferred Customer? No, you don’t. Simply provide us with your name and phone number and you will automatically become a Preferred Customer. Your rewards points are added to your account when you provide your phone number at the check-out.
