How to order for Canada-wide Delivery:

Step One

Click on the person icon on the right-hand side of our website to log in or create an account.

Step Two

 Browse the website and search for any items you would like to purchase. Once you find your item click on ADD TO CART to create a shopping cart, or click BUY IT NOW to purchase the one item. You can search for items by product category, on sale items, new products, and top sellers. Scroll down the main page to discover what’s new and hot at Vita!

 Step Three

 Once you have finished shopping, you can click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. You can adjust quantities on the right, or remove any items you do not want. Click CHECK OUT to proceed to the shipping information.

 Step Four

 Fill in the correct the correct address for your items to be shipped to. Continue to shipping.

 Step Five

 Double check all of the information is correct. Continue to payment.

 Step Six

 Enter your credit card information and click ‘Pay now.’ Please be advised, we do not accept Visa Debit cards for payment.

 **You will not be charged until your order is shipped. Cost is based on actual quantities.

 **Our inventory levels are always being updated as we sell, order, and receive merchandise. If the product indicates ‘out of stock’ please check back regularly.

SHIPPING

All orders equal to or greater than $50 CAD will receive free shipping! Orders less than $50.00 CAD will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $9.99 CAD. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post, anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada. **We do not ship perishable grocery items, those are available for delivery via our local delivery option.**

 Please note:

In the event of a Canada Post labour disruption, our shipping services will be suspended until further notice. We will send your order as soon as services resume. We encourage you to visit CanadaPost.ca for developments.

 RETURNS

We pride ourselves not only by the products we sell, but with the service we provide. If you are unhappy with a product you buy from us please let us know at orders@myvita.ca.

 Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to store no later than 30 days from date of purchase.

  • Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  • A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund.
  • Items will be refunded in the same tender that the purchase was made in.
  • Refunds are not accepted on books or opened items.
  • Product cannot be returned based on taste.
  • Clearance Items and Special Orders are a final sale.

 PAYMENTS

Payments for orders will be made to your credit card when the orders are packed and shipped based on actual available quantities.  Please note, we do not accept Visa Debit cards.

What if I need to cancel my order? Are there any fees for cancelling?

If you need to cancel an order, please give us a courtesy call to confirm. We can cancel it at no loss or fees, pending it has not already shipped.

Are your discounts the same in-store and online?

We cannot verify senior discounts online or Customer Appreciation Day pricing and therefore are exclusive to in-store shopping. Rewards points are also exclusive to in-store shopping. Sale pricing does apply online.

 

How to order local, same day pickup or delivery via Vita Health:

Step Three

Step Four

If you want to pick up your order select ‘Pick Up’ in the Delivery method section. Choose the location that works best for you and click ‘Continue to payment.’ Skip to step six.

Step Five

If you want your order delivered for same day delivery choose ‘Ship” in the Delivery method section. Enter your address, including phone number and then click ‘Continue to shipping.’  On the next screen select ‘Same Day Local Delivery.’ Enter your mobile number in order to receive delivery updates, as well as any pertinent delivery instructions. Click ‘Continue to payment.’

Step Six

Enter your credit card information and billing address, then click ‘Pay now.’ Please be advised, we do not accept Visa Debit cards for payment.

Step Seven

You will be notified via our delivery partner Trexity via email and/or text message when your item has been picked up, and then again when it has arrived.

*Please note our inventory levels are always being updated as we sell, order, and receive merchandise. If the product you chose is no longer available you will receive a refund for the amount of the item. If our inventory indicates ‘out of stock’ please check back regularly.

 

FAQ for Local Delivery & Pick-up:

Is there a Delivery charge?

Yes, there is a delivery charge of $9.99 per order.

Is there a fee for pick up orders?

There are no additional fees when selecting the pick-up option.

Can you deliver outside of the city?

No, our delivery partner Trexity can only deliver within Winnipeg city limits.

What form of payment do you accept?

We only accept credit payment at this time.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders placed before 11am can be picked up on the same day. You will receive notification that your order is ready for pick up via email. When you arrive, please have your order number and ID ready.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 11am will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next day. Once the driver has arrived, he/she/they will contact you to deliver your goods.

Can I accumulate Preferred Customer Points with my order?

Rewards points are exclusive to in-store shopping.

Are these services available on Senior’s Day and Customer Appreciation Day?

In-store pick up and local delivery are not available on these days, as well as holidays.

Why is my total different than what I paid when placing my order?

Weighted items are estimated and may differ in price when checking out. We will adjust the bill according to the actual weight of the items purchased.
