We are currently looking for a 14 month term Store Manager at our Linden Ridge location.

Job Summary

Store Managers are responsible for implementing a strong store culture with their team, hiring, training and motivating staff, promoting excellent customer service, creating work schedules, monitoring category management and more, as well as other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Objective: Grow sales and profitability while providing an excellent customer service experience by utilizing inventory management skills, sales skills and staff training.

Job Duties

  • Training, motivating and supervising staff.
  • Creating staff schedules.
  • Performing reviews at three months and on an annual basis.
  • Enforcing company policies.
  • Conveying company information to store staff.
  • Making bank deposits and completing required paperwork.
  • Overseeing all departments and store staff.

We are currently looking for Part-time Purchasing Coordinator at our Head Office. This position will be for 20-25 hours/week. 

Job Summary

The role of the Purchasing Coordinator Part Time would be to centralize the regular ordering process. Would also oversee produce program with farmers, vendors, and stores. Would maximize discount opportunities to grow profitability in our warehouse. Would also focus on data entry for the company

 

Job Duties

  • Creating regular, as needed, and pre-book orders for the stores
  • Working with produce vendors and farmers to offer best selection of produce
  • Working with vendors to maximize buying and discounts for Distribution Center
  • Entering new listing in system with proper information needed
  • Ensuring that E-cart information is present and up to date
  • Inventory Management including category management, obsoletes and out of stocks
  • Duties as assigned by Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supplement Department Managers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, monitoring category management, placing regular supplement and health and beauty orders, inventory management and more. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, knowledge of natural products and strong communication and customer service skills.

Objective: Providing excellent customer service with a wealth of knowledge in natural products, monitoring category management, placing regular supplement orders, performing regular inventory counts and more.

 Job Duties

  •  Order regular supplement and health and beauty items
  • Set up displays and create signage as needed
  • Reduce and maintain overstocks, obsoletes and write offs
  • List & distribute new products approved by Head Office
  • Maintain clean and organized sections
  • Conduct monthly inventories
  • Responsible for educating staff on new items
  • Maintaining a strong focus on sales

 Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Operations Manager
