Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States that Canada Post and UPS service. 

Orders over $59.99 before tax get free Canada-wide delivery 

Orders to United States - Fixed $24.99 delivery charges

What if I need to cancel my order? Are there any fees for cancelling?

If you need to cancel an order, please give us a courtesy call to confirm. We can cancel your order at no cost, as long as it has not already shipped.

Are your discounts the same in-store and online?

Senior discounts and Customer Appreciation Day pricing are available in-store only, as we cannot verify these online.

Preferred Customer reward points are also exclusive to in-store shopping. However, sale pricing does apply online.

Local Delivery & Pick-up

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there is a delivery charge of $9.99 per order for all orders under $59.99. Orders over $59.99 receive free delivery! 

Is there a fee for pick-up orders?

No, there are no additional fees for pick-up orders.

Can you deliver outside of the city?

No, our delivery partner Trexity currently delivers only within Winnipeg city limits.

What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments only.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders placed before 11:00 AM can be picked up the same day.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Please have your order number and ID ready upon arrival.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.

Once the driver arrives, they will contact you to complete the delivery.

Can I accumulate Preferred Customer Points with my order?

Preferred Customer reward points are available in-store only.

Are these services available on Senior’s Day and Customer Appreciation Day?

No, in-store pick-up and local delivery are not available on Senior’s Day, Customer Appreciation Day, or statutory holidays.

Why is my total different than what I paid when placing my order?

Weighted items are estimated at checkout and may vary slightly in final price.

Your bill will be adjusted based on the actual weight of the items purchased.
