Dill Pickle Dip

This crunchy, creamy dill-icious dip is perfect to serve or bring to a holiday party (or for a beach day, movie night, or any other night) with chip toppers!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • 60g Nuts for Cheese Un-Brie-Lievable
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle brine
  • 1ÂĽ cup pickle jalapeno, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a food processor or blender, mix together the vegan yogurt and Un-Brie-Lievable until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
  2. To the creamy mixture, add garlic, lemon zest, dill pickles, pickle brine, pickled jalapeno, fresh chives, and fresh dill - stir until combined.
  3. Season with salt to taste and enjoy alongside some chips and fresh veggies.
