Gardein Beefless Chili

2 tbsp Olive Oil 

1 pkg Gardein Beefless Ground

1 tbsp Ground Cumin

1 can Earth's Choice Diced Tomatoes

2 cups Vegetable Stock

2 green onions, thinly sliced 

Heat oil in multi-function cooker set on saute setting: cook Gardein Beefless Ground and cumin for 5 to 8 minutes, or until browned. 

Stir in Earth's Choice Diced Tomatoes with chilies and vegetable stock. Turn off saute setting. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or until thickened and flavourful.

Garnish with green onions before serving. 

If desired, sprinkle with shredded vegan cheese over top before serving.
