Nature's Farm Cottage Cheese & Egg Bake
A simple and tasty way to treat your family to something new for breakfast or brunch!
Yield: 6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
○ 6 large eggs
○ 2 cups cottage cheese
○ 1 cup shredded cheese
○ 1 cup chopped spinach
○ Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
○ Preheat oven to 350ºF.
○ Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
○ Season with salt and pepper to taste, whisk everything together.
○ Pour into a greased baking pan and cook for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
○ Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
