Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 Nature's Farm eggs
- 1 cup milk milk
- ¾ cup feta crumbled
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Bake pie crust according to instructions and set aside
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Steam spinach. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Whisk in spinach, feta, garlic, salt and pepper until combined.
- Pour spinach and cheese filling into crust. Bake until edges are set (about 35-40 minutes). The center should jiggle slightly when the edge of the dish is tapped. Do not overbake for best results.
- Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
