Nature's Farm Spinach & Feta Quiche


  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 Nature's Farm eggs
  • 1 cup milk milk
  • ¾ cup feta crumbled
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  • Bake pie crust according to instructions and set aside
  • Set oven to 350°F.
  • Steam spinach. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Whisk in spinach, feta, garlic, salt and pepper until combined.
  • Pour spinach and cheese filling into crust. Bake until edges are set (about 35-40 minutes). The center should jiggle slightly when the edge of the dish is tapped. Do not overbake for best results.
  • Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
