
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached All Purpose White Flour (238g)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ cup unsalted Butter, room temperature (113 g)
- ½ cup Peanut Butter or Cashew Butter (130 g)
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar (100 g)
- ½ cup Light Brown Sugar (110 g)
- 1 Egg (50 g)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¾ cup Sprinkles
- 38 (one 11 oz package) Hershey's Hugs or Kisses, foil removed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter, nut butter and sugars together on medium speed until light and creamy, 2-3 minutes. Turn the mixer to low and add egg and vanilla.
- Add flour and mix on low until just combined.
- Portion the dough into 1-inch balls then roll in sprinkles until fully coated.
- Bake the cookies for 9-10 minutes, or until very light brown and puffed. Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press a candy kiss into the center of each cookie. Let cookies cool and set on the tray for 5 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack and enjoy.
