Directions
Suggested Use: Mix 1 level scoop in your favorite juice, smoothie or 250 ml of water (scoop included). Shake well before scooping as contents settle.

If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Headaches, heartburn, bloating, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and hypersensitivity have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
