Daal is a signature Indian dish that features lentils, coconut milk, and spices such as coriander, garlic, cumin, and ginger.
Prioritizing ingredients that colour our boreal ecosystem, we added vegetables such as kale and sun dried tomatoes, as well as a hint of green alder pepper that was hand-picked in the wild forests of Qu�bec.
Enjoy this convenient shelf-stable meal while camping, on the road, or at home!
How to prepare:
1) In a pot, empty packet and add 1 tbsp of oil (ideally coconut oil)
2) Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil
3) Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes or until lentils are tender
