Recommended Dose (Adults)
1 mL (25 drops) 3 times daily, or 7–8 drops every half hour to a maximum of 75 drops daily, in a glass of water, or as directed by a health Wellness-Wellness-Car-e practitioner. Take at the first sign of infection. Consult a health Wellness-Wellness-Car-e practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Cautions

Consumption of goldenseal with alcohol, other Health Products, and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
