Description

Vitamin C is so well known that it may seem like one of the more “boring" vitamins. But in fact, nothing could be further from the truth! Vitamin C is an absolute powerhouse antioxidant that protects the vitality of our cells and plays a myriad of roles in the body as an immune support, skin and tissue growth and repair agent, and builder of healthy bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums. Because vitamin C is water-soluble, it passes quickly through the body. Health First Vitamin C is a timed-release formula, allowing it to be released slowly over a 6-to-8-hour period, making the benefits of vitamin C available over a longer period of time than regular vitamin C supplements. This Health First formula combines vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoids and rosehips to increase absorption and ensure you're getting the most out of your vitamin C!
