• Sea salt base: Sea salt forms the base at approximately ninety percent, delivering a clean, mineral rich seasoning
• Organic herbs and vegetables: Celery, leek, cress, onions, chives, garlic, basil, parsley, rosemary and thyme from organically grown crops
• Kelp for minerals and iodine: Seaweed adds natural minerals and trace iodine
• Chilli and pepper for heat: Provides gentle warmth that enhances everyday dishes
• Traditional twelve month steeping and drying: A twelve month steeping process followed by gentle drying to lock in flavor
