Our forest risotto reimagines this classic Italian recipe to feature wild Canadian mushrooms and upcycled creminis. While remaining vegan, our recipe provides a high protein content to make it a complete meal.

Preparation :
1) Empty packet into a pot with 1 tbsp of oil, then stir under medium heat for 1 minute.
2) Add 1ďż˝ cup of water and simmer uncovered, stirring every 2 minutes until most of the water is absorbed.
3) Repeat step 2 three times or until rice is cooked
