Recommended Dose

Adults: 1 softgel 2 times per day, Take with food/meal. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.

Cautions and warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use, if you have a known immune disorder, if you have hypotension and/or are taking medication for high blood pressure, If you have diabetes.

Contraindications
