Suggested Dose (Adult Women)
Consume 1 capsule once daily. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store between 15° C and 25° C. Can be refrigerated for maximum potency and freshness.

Cautions

Stop use and consult a health Wellness-Wellness-Car-e practitioner if symptoms including digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
